Gas Emergencies: Safety First
In case of a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, please take immediate action by calling the National Grid Emergency Line at 0800 111 999. This number is for reporting the smell of gas only. After contacting the National Grid, please also report the issue to us through the Rent Connect App or the provided communication channels.
Electrical Issues: Swift Solutions
If you experience a loss of electrical power, contact UK Power Network at 0800 316 3105 to check if there are any local blackouts. For reporting purposes, please use the Rent Connect App or the designated communication methods.
Water Troubles: Quick Assistance
Should you encounter a situation where there is no water supply or a mains water leak, start by confirming your water provider using the provided link. Follow your water provider's emergency repair process to address the issue. Remember that you can always reach out to us through the Rent Connect App or the communication channels for additional guidance.
Lost Keys: Prompt SupportIf you find yourself locked out due to lost keys during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.), please contact us for assistance. For Out of Hours issues with locks or keys, report the problem using the Rent Connect App, and a member of the team will be in touch to assist you.
